We do SCUBA dive tours at the Southern Barrier Reef around South Water Caye Marine Reserve and Glover’s Reef Atoll Marine Reserve. Both locations are a part of The Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. At South Water Caye we have 18 different dive sites and at Glover’s 11 different dive sites we use on a regular basis.
Boat ride to the Barrier Reef takes normally around 30-40min and to Glover’s around 80-90min, depending on the weather conditions. Bad weather is “bed weather” for us. Light rain and a little chop is normal, but if the sea is rough or we have heavy rain all day, we prefer to cancel or re-schedule you for a nicer day.

Are you ready to be a diver? We are more than happy to get you certified so you can get to know the underwater world! PADI Open Water Diver Certification Course enables you to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 60 ft (18m) and rent dive equipment anywhere in the world. The course teaches you everything you need to know about diving safely, the equipment you need for diving, dive planning, dive technique and the fun of diving. PADI Open Water Diver Course is the world’s most popular dive course and recognized all over the world.
Before we can begin the actual diving, you start by independently studying Open Water Diver Manual and watching a video to understand the basic principles of scuba diving. Based on the video and manual our instructor will do knowledge review quizzes and an exam. It’s good to reserve enough time for studying the manual. If you don’t want to spend your holiday studying, you can do e-learning online before your trip. You can find e-learning at PADI website.
After you have done your independent studying, we begin the fun part. Our PADI certified instructor will take you to do your confined water dives, where you will learn all the basic survival skills in the shallow water. After you master the skills in waist deep water, we practice all the skills in 25 ft (8 m) deep water. Our instructor will test all the skills necessary for you to complete Open Water Diver course within four fun dives.
To complete all the confined water dives and four open water dives with a maximum depth of 60 ft (18 m), will take you two days. It all depends on how fast you master all the survival skills. After completing the course you will get a PADI certification card sent to your home address.
As a Referral student you have completed your independent studies online or with a PADI Dive Shop and completed all five confined water dives. We continue from where your home Dive Shop finished and get you fully certified as a PADI Open Water Diver.

With us you can take the next step in SCUBA diving and complete your PADI Advanced Open Water Certification Course. The course will take two dive days, with 5 dives in total. There are five specialty dives you will complete during your Advanced Course. All Advanced dive students will complete a Deep Dive (100ft) and Underwater Navigation. On top of these two you can choose three from the following: Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist, Fish Identification, Boat Dive, Drift Dive, Multilevel Dive and Search and Recovery Dive.
